Apple Investigating Patent Claims Against Developers

According to the Guardian:

Apple’s jural division is apprehended to be “actively investigating” claims by Lodsys, a papers holding consort supported in Texas, to hit a claim against iPhone and iPad developers who ingest in-app purchase systems.

Yesterday Lodsys clarified on their blog their intentions–they want a revilement from developers that are infringing on their patent.
