Motorola Sued By Apple Over Licensing Qualcomm Cellular Technology

According to a report publicised by Reuters, Apple has sued Motorola in a U.S court alleging that they have breached an commendation with Qualcomm in their efforts to intend Apple’s iOS devices illegal from commerce in Germany. Today’s causa is related to the iPhone 4S which utilizes Qualcomm’s MDM6610 baseband chip, and Apple claims that Qualcomm’s papers license with Motorola exhausts Motorola’s rights to further royalties from Apple.
