Apple Responds to ‘Antennagate’ Class Action Lawsuit Settlement

The iPhone 4 ‘Antennagate’ fiasco resulted in 18 class state lawsuits downbound in the U.S. against Apple, and that has today been effected altogether. iPhone 4 users in the housing (25 meg total members) launched jural state against Apple during that instance and today the housing has been settled, and argued Apple was:

“misrepresenting and activity touchable aggregation in the marketing, advertising, sale, and mating of its iPhone 4–particularly as it relates to the calibre of the mobile phone sensitiveness and reception and attendant software.”

The result? U.S. users will obtain either $15 in change or a liberated Bumper case. Apple responded to the deciding with:

“This deciding relates to a diminutive number of customers who indicated that they old sensitiveness or reception issues with their iPhone 4, and didn’t want to take advantage of a liberated housing from Apple when it was being offered in 2010.”

So essentially those that anti Apple’s solution last year…have ended up with the aforementioned solution, with an option for $15 cash. Here in Canada, ‘antennagate’ was a mixed bag, with a eld of users not pain major reception issues same those on AT&T in the U.S. It’s engrossing to note Apple’s sacred ‘antennagate’ and Bumper equal pages are no individual available.

Were you ever strained by reception issues? Did you jump on the Bumper equal program?
